Meghan is on a mission to rescue the treasures - sparking conscious conversations through vintage styling, tablescapes, and photography. Published through her blog, lucid ladybug and seen recently in Philadelphia Magazine and Westchester Hudson Valley Weddings Magazine, Meghan works to elevate special celebrations without the environmental impact.

 

The heart of lucid ladybug is sustainability, locality, and intentionality. 

 

Meghan rescues vintage treasures from markets, estate sales, and thrift shops, and works directly with local small businesses. She exclusively repurposes, reuses, and upcycles for each creative project she touches. From photoshoots to dinner parties and weddings, lucid ladybug is sparking conscious conversations and elevating moments, one vintage treasure at a time. ​​​​​

lucid ladybug blossomed from journal entries, doodles and dreams explored while completing The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron in NYC in 2020. After a halt in her Broadway career, Meghan was seeking a way to channel her creative energy, inspire human connection and promote positive change within her community.

​

Meghan traveled the world as a Broadway singer and dancer - living in NYC, Toronto, Vancouver, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, China, and South Korea. Her childhood dreams came true as a Disney princess for Disney Cruise Line, and Broadway Swing for the touring production of Sister Act.

It took a forced transition in 2020 to the NYC corporate world and many hours on the yoga mat for Meghan to align her life's calling. Following in the artistic footsteps of her Mom-Mop, Florence "Flo Baby" Deeley, Meghan bounces from creative project to project - allowing God to align the right connections to share her gifts. ​​

​

Meghan resides in New Jersey with her high school sweetheart husband, Ryan, and their golden retriever, Asher (@thegolden.asher). When she's not at her desk, Meghan enjoys tending to their organic backyard garden, cooking gourmet meals with her husband, going down the shore with family, baking sweet treats, visiting their CSA farm, and supporting local restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Above all, praise and glory to God.
