Cleaner DIY Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer (Better Than Starbucks!)

If you love pumpkin spice season, we’ve figured out how to make a cozy, autumn-inspired pumpkin pie creamer for your coffee, latte, or tea that is way cheaper, tastier, and cleaner than store-bought options!
Most commercial coffee creamers are packed with artificial flavors, refined sugars, and inflammatory oils. This homemade version gives you all the rich, festive comfort of your favorite coffee shop drink using real, wholesome ingredients from your own pantry.
Ingredients
2 cups milk of choice (organic whole milk, oat milk, or coconut milk for extra richness)
1–2 tablespoons real pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)
1–2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey (adjust to preferred sweetness)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Combine: In a wide-mouth glass Mason jar, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Mix: Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the pumpkin and spices are fully incorporated.
Heat & Froth: Pour your desired serving into a small stainless steel saucepan and warm over medium-low heat until fragrant and steaming (do not boil). Alternatively, pour directly into a handheld or countertop milk frother to create a luxurious, café-style cold foam or hot froth!
Store: Keep the remaining creamer stored in your airtight glass Mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 5–7 days. Always give it a quick shake before using, as natural spices and pumpkin will settle to the bottom.
Curator’s Note
The lucid ladybug Perspective: Making your own pantry staples in glass containers is a simple, powerful way to reduce single-use plastic, eliminate food additives, and steward a low-tox household - one morning cup of coffee at a time!
