spring berry greek yogurt bowl w. fresh berries, seeds + homemade granola | by Meghan 04/03/23

here's what you'll need:
base.
greek or skyr yogurt of choice (we love @chobani or @icelandicprovisions)
toppings.
fresh strawberries
fresh blueberries
homemade granola (recipe launching soon!)
mini dark chocolate chips
here's what to do:
wash all your fresh produce (locally and/or organically grown is best!)
measure out a cup of greek yogurt
cut up 2-3 strawberries + toss into a bowl with a handful of blueberries
add a tablespoon of homemade granola
add a tablespoon of chia/hemp/flax seeds
add 1/2 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips
top with a dash of cinnamon (good for inflammation)
+ a swirl of local honey (helpful w. seasonal allergies)
This greek yogurt bowl is packed with antioxidants + tiny seeds to promote gut health and digestion.
